Walt Overton joined the team in 2009 as assistant manager,  and is helping to expand the business in North Texas as well.  Walt was raised on a ranch and spent many years managing livestock, wildlife and fisheries projects for ranchers in West Texas.  Later he spent several years in the Western Industry working with the Stetson and Resistol Hat Company and the Lucchese Boot Company in the finance department. Walt received a degree in Animal Business from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.  When not at the fish farm, he and his wife Mary Sue live in Montague County located in North Texas.
